This is a very convenient location near the beach and shopping, with accommodations in a wonderful large old house. It's great for families to be close and share meals and activities during a reunion. It's only negative is that it is not disabled/elderly
friendly due to the raised threshholds between every room and lack of bathing grab bars and the tub surfaces which were, indeed, very slippery and dangerous.
