  I would recommend this property to my family and friends, and hope to stay here again myself. You could not ask for a better location, it almost felt like we had a beach to our selves. Having your own pool was a huge plus for us with a little one and we
  made good use of it. Whether your party is big or small the house has what you need to have a wonderful vacation. The only recommendations that I have are the house really needs blinds on the back of the house as you can not sit on the couch without sunglasses
  in the afternoon. Also making sure the light switches work and have light bulbs. I hope that anyone who is looking to visit clearwater looks at this house you will not be dissapointed!!!! Thanks for a great week!

  This property has the BEST location of anywhere we have ever stayed. 13 of us went, and the views are breathtaking!!! The house was very clean, the property manager was very accessible and willing to take care of anything we needed in a very timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend time by the beach. The private beach was never busy and it is literally 50 steps from the back of the house to the ocean. My husband and I have traveled to many places and this by far was the best family vacation we have ever been on.

  Had a lovely stay at the beach in the pinl palace. Could not have asked for a better location. Dave the property manager was super helpful and we didnt have any issues. Would be terrific if there were some chairs to take to the beach-but other than that I highly recommend the house!

  The walls were only painted half way up which did not present well. The coffee pot(s) and washing machine/dryer need to be udpated with modern equipment as they dont "fit" the house and I expected better.

  Villa was great for what we wanted, but the weather didn't cooperate -- too cold & wet for us. Hot tub saved us, but the blowers weren't working until mid-week when an electrician showed up. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't heated -- could only use it to chill down after getting out of the hot tub. Kitchen is large & spacious, but it lacked a few of the basics -- only three wine glasses, one large salad/mixing bowl, etc. I left a list of suggested items for the manager. Location was great -- easy to get to with none of the usual beach traffic (go via Largo to avoid going thru Clearwater Beach area if you can). Convenient to baseball & the airport (approx 30 minutes). We had 7 people for a few nights & plenty of sleeping room. Great room accomodated all of us as did the dining table. The house is right on the beach & the view is spectacular -- it just needs to be warmer than 65 degrees to make us snowbirds happy.
