Our family had a wonderful time at this house. We did have some problems witht he a/c unit leaking and spent a lot of time mopping the floor, but the mangament company was awesome they responded to every need so quickly.
Very enjoyable experience. Good value. Great location. Met or exceeded all expectations.
The house was excellent for a big family, with plenty of room and an outstanding view from the pool.
Absolutely gorgeous house. Pool is incredible for small children, with steps and shallow area. We watched dolphins in the morning and at dusk from the porch. Inside is fantastic with lots of room. The only downsides are the very soft mattresses, and a few lacking amenities in the kitchen (only 1 wine glass, knives were so-so). This being said, we would recommend this property to anyone and we had a great stay.
This is a beautiful house. The issues we had were that we had no ice for three days because the ice maker was not working but then the manager got it fixed. The worest thing was the old dryer that should be replaced because of the fact that it doesnt turn off by itself, which is very dangerous if you forget you had clothes in there. Overall it is a great house, the bay view was the best esp. at night. I would for sure recommend this property to family and friends. thanks
We had a group of ten and had a blast during our stay at the property. The kitchen and grill are huge and made preparing meals for a large group easy. The pool area is amazing, but the poolside furniture could use an upgrade. All bedrooms were large and 3 of the 5 have ensuites, allowing for added privacy for most guests. We would go back in a heartbeat.
Really great property for our size group,(We had 9)nice pool, great kitchen(don,t forget spices for your special dishes). Close to shopping.and Dolphins swimming by the dock. This place had everything we could want.
Clean house, spacious, excellent location. However, the ad says that it has a hot tub, but it does not!! we stayed the first week of Feb and the pool's temperature was not warm enough to swim. You cannot increase the pool's temperature cause it's preset by owner.

The house was really phenomenal. We had our Thanksgiving dinner here and it worked out great. The house setup is great and we loved having the pool and the intercoastal waterway. We watched the dolphins in the morning, while drinking our coffee on the patio. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you.
We really loved staying at the house. We are a team of walkers who participated in the Susan Komen 3 day, 60 mile walk for breast cancer. We opted to rent a house rather than stay at the camp, and boy did we pick well! The house was quite spacious, clean, and well decorated. It had everything we needed (except automatic foot massages). The pool was beautiful, the hammock was relaxing and the water view was terrific. It was great having four full baths at the end of our 20 mile days. THe beds were comfortable but for us, we would have loved beds that were a little larger! The house's Treasure Island, quiet neighborhood location is great. The beach is only a mile or so away and would make a nice walk if you're ambitious! Walking to the Treasure Island bridge would be a shorter but well deserving adventure. You can easily drive to downtown St. Pete and to all the beaches in Pinellas. I would rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone else!
We planned a birthday celebration for 4 members of our family whose birthdays are within 3 weeks of each other and chose this home for the get together. It was a large home so that everyone had a comfortable space. The layout of the house was great in that we could be together yet not be on top of each other. Kitchen area was awesome and easy to work in. The outside pool, mega grille and bar area was perfect and we enjoyed it all. A couple of small maintenance issues, but we detailed and based on the overall condition of the house, I'm sure they will be resolved. We had such a good time, we are talking about renting it again next year and making it an annual family event.
The house was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. I could recommend a few things though. The outdoor bar couldn't be used because there were no bar stools. Also, the kitchen needs a new knives, silverware and a pizza cutter. We also didn't like that we couldn't use the upstairs would have been nice to sit up there in the morning or at night.
We had a great family holiday, three generations staying under one roof. The house is in a perfect location, watching the dolphins became a daily occurrence. Accessible to local supermarkets and a shopping mall only a few miles away was perfect to spend our dollars in. Only regret is that we weren't there for longer. With regard to the furniture, bedside tables and lamps in all the bedrooms would have been appreciated, most of my family like to read in bed at night and no lamps meant disturbing partners. Ther could also have been a few more loungers outside, 2 between 9 people wasn't enough.
The house was awesome, some small problems with the pool but everything else was great!This was our second rental from BeachHouseFL and I would totally recommend it to others. The accomodations were wonderful and the property manager was super especially since we needed an extra night.
My husband is a CPA, which makes me a tax time widow this time of year. So, I got together with a small group of friends, which we decided to call ourselves the Golden Girls, and we took a trip to St. Pete. We stayed at the Gulf Breeze Villa and had a Wonderful time!! The home was just perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean and set-up to where we had our own privacy, but yet could spend time together as a group when we wanted. The property manager Be Be was extremely helpful & gem to work with. The Golden Girls are even talking about making this an annual event & we will definitely plan the stay at the Gulf Breeze Villa again!!

It was everything and more than we expected. Even more spacious and comfortable than the website portrayed. The maintenance crew were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely concerned that we were enjoying our stay.
Great location, property is in good shape, furniture lacks a little but is easily outweighed by everything else. Stayed five nights and would certainly go back.
I must say the second we entered the house our whole family was amazed. The place was a real gem, lots of space 4 baths 5 bedrooms a pool, a great bbq and entertainment bar out side. Bibi the manager was excellent with us whenever something went wrong he was there to help. The place could use more plates, pots, and cooking tools, a few glitches along the way, however a great vacation at a great house. Very child friendly. pool, dolphin watching lots of space. 2 min drive to the beach, also the house does back on the water. Great house.
Minor... but the only negative I recall is there were no good steak knives or sharp knives generally. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house and backyard overall were amazing. We had a great stay!
A very nice house with a nice view. The design of the pool is interresting with the soothing water noise and the diferent depths. You can actually see dolphins and manatees from the house property, and the possible use of a boat dock is a plus for any water activity (water ski, kayak, ...). We had a very nice stay, and the property manager was friendly and helpful.
