This home is perfect for large families and was well equipped. Loved the location on south Clearwater Beach. Walk to everything on the beach, park your car and forget it until you leave.
We had a great stay. The pool right next to the water was fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults. The house was large, clean and had plenty of bathrooms. It was a short walk to Pier 60. My only complaint is that our stay couldn't be longer.
Overall a great property - but for the price there were a few things that should have been taken care of. Location is great!
We had a wonderful time and the house was just perfect for our group. We would definetly rent again. Close to everything and near beach and bay! Loved it!
The house is beautiful in a great location. We could easily walk to the beach, Pier 60, many restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the patio and pool. The staff was very helpful and professional. The home is good condition but there are some maintenance issues for a high end rental. The kitchen faucet needs repair/replacement and we were a little shy on glassware. Neither of these were things the agent seemed to be aware of. They did get us new glassware within 24 hrs so they resolved that problem. There was plenty of bedding but the bath towel supply was a little low and they were a little worn. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. I don't always say that when I leave a vacation rental.
This property met all our expectations and worked well for a large group. Great kitchen and living spaces.
Beautiful home with a fabulous location. Dolphins visited the bay every morning. We visited in August for a family wedding, and yes it was hot, but the home kept cool even in the 98 degree heat. Close to everything. One comment: we've stayed in many rentals in the US and in Mexico, and we've never had to supply toilet paper or garbage bags. Other paper products, yes, but, I believe that these two staples should be supplied and that management and owners should consider this suggestion. Beautiful home, great location, great time!

We enjoyed the house and the location. The house was very convenient to everything at Clearwater Beach. We never had to use our car.
What a great place for a family gathering of all ages! Lots of space for big meals and lounging around the pool all afternoon. We cooked for 10 each night. No reason to go out. We loved the "on the water" location with beautiful views of boats, dolphin, and many sea birds catching fish. And, its a short walk to the beach, shops and marina. Already thinking about next time.
We are a family of ten, the house accomodated all of us well, spacious & roomy, pool was great, kitchen well-equipped. enjoyed being on the intercoastal and beach a 2 block walk.

I was very inpressed with the location of this house being so close to many things. It was very clean and had more than enough room for all of us. We loved to pool and i liked the big kitchen. The boys liked the large family room so we all could spread out and relax.
