We celebrated Christmas in the house and it could not have been more perfect for all the company and entertaining we did! Easy access to the beach was a huge bonus. We enjoyed every minute, will be back for sure. Only negative was there was not enough linens for the trundle bed upstairs.
Perfect location with amazing authentic restaurants. Wonderful, quiet beach for families and children. Felt like a home away from home!
Cons - The mixer/blender leaked, so there was quite a mess before we realized it. There should be more than one large skillet - and even the only one there should be replaced. No ice maker in the fridge. The master mattress was pretty bad - didn't try the others. Pros - The location was great. House was nice and clean. Even a nice bunch of paperbacks, if you were inclined to read. Excellent value overall - would stay here again.
we had a great time,the Kelley Beach Bungalow was an awesome house in a great was clean,spacious and had all the ammenities of home.this house had buetiful views out of every window.i could wake up in this house everyday.definatly will be planning my next Fla vaction in this lovely home next year.
From Day 1 when we emailed Alan to find out about availability, we knew our stay was going to be perfect. Alan worked with us very patiently and professionally to make sure our family vacation went off without a hitch. He even made special accommodations to allow us a slightly earlier checkin - that's going above and beyond in my book.The house looks like it was taken care of wonderfully by the owners and management company. It's not directly on the beach, but the front door is about 19 feet from the boardwalk entrance to the white sands of the gulf. The only thing between us and the beach was a very small house and very narrow (and exceptionally quiet) street. There is plenty to do on North Redmond - lots of restaurants and beach activities. One can rent a bike, kayak boat or jet ski at near by locations. We drove about 24 minutes to Clearwater beach to charter a fishing boat for 4 hours - it was great! All our needs were perfectly taken care of at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could prepare dinners each evening (like the fish we caught at Clearwater!). The wifi was a huge bonus, because it allowed us to share out experience with our friends (and make them jealous). The balcony views of the ocean were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend a stay here, and am already dreaming about our next visit! Thank you Alan! My only concern is the checkout time - 10AM is comically early. Particularly when you consider that a family staying at this house would somehow have to wrangle children to cooperate at such early hours. Additionally, there is this checklist that has to be followed before leaving at 10AM. I would highly recommend finding a creative way of pushing check out back to 11AM or even noon so that families can enjoy breakfast together on their last morning in the house.
The house was wonderful, very clean, more than adequately furnished and had just about everything one would have in their own home! The whirlpool tub in the master bath was so inviting after spending the day on the beach! The beach was just a very short stroll from the front door and was not crowded or overrun with tourists. My husband was able to fish from the surf every day due to the beach not being crowded. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to take a trip to the beach to relax and unwind without all of the tourist hassles!! We had a great time during our stay and have already discussed staying here for our next trip.
The Kelly Beach Bungalow is a perfect house for family fun. It is just across the street from the beach (which is fantastic with very few people) and located on a quiet street with very little traffic. The garage was nice with room for 2+ cars and allowed us to keep our cars in out of the sun. There is an outside shower to wash the beach off as you come back to the house. My wife and I both love to cook and we loved the kitchen. I am glad that we brought some of our own cookware as the cookware in the kitchen is limited and of lower quality (this is understandable in a rental). We made good use of the grill and ate most of our meals in the house. The kids loved the beach! We had fun snorkeling, hunting for seashells, and swimming. We saw families of stingrays swimming close to shore, dolphins in the mornings and even had a manatee come in close one morning. Overall we loved the house and highly recommend it for a great family beach getaway.
The only inconvenience with the house was the lack of garage door opener. We kept our car in the garage. When we went out in the evening, we would pull the car out of the garage, then one of us would go in the garage to close the door, then have to go back in the house, up the stairs and out the front door. A little inconvenient that's all, especially on the rainy nights.
My family and I had a absolute WONDERFUL time in the Kelly Beach house! We loved it!

We have 3 teenagers, and the house provided enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The furniture was clean and comfortable, and the beds slept great. The master bathroom was awesome! We hope to return to Kelly Beach Bungalow again sometime soon!

House was in great location for the beach, just across the street. Quiet neighborhood so it was very relaxing.
Very good location, close to all and yet that portion of the beach is not too crowded. Great property with some outstanding watr views.
We loved the house. It was clean, spacious for family gathering and beds were confortable. It is a perfect home for a group of 6 adults and 8 people if there is kids. We were very happy with this rental. We had a wonderful week for our dad 80th birthday celebration and mom's 76th birthday lunch at the conjo restaurent. Great atmosphere and great food.
Nice and laid back area. Not a lot to do as far as entertainment or restaurants, but the other beach towns are close enough that it doesn't matter. If you are looking to just spend time on the beach it is perfect.
The very strong Rules are a little over the top for serious people.
Extremely nice property and the beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, with the set up, you are either on the beach or in the house as outdoor space at the house is extremely limited.
This home has a nice floor plan to accomodate a mixture of families and friends. The master and loft are upstairs for one set of family members and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are downstairs for the other family. We found the home extremely comfortable and wonderfully located near the beach with ocean views. There are private balconies to "hide" from each other as well. The huge kitchen is connected to the living area which is wonderful for visiting with each other and viewing the ocean. We would highly recommend this home. The garage held 3 cars! We were presently surprised with beach equipment and towels for our time at the beach. The sunsets were truly incredible! Enjoy!
We are already wanting to book for next year ... great location, great space, loved having the garage to put the sandy towels and beach stuff in .. loved the large living area for relaxing and playing games, loved the kitchen space and that it is open to the living area, loved the balconys and views of the water.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about our stay at this property when we visited in May, 2010. The property manager was extremely helpful prior to checking in and was alway available via phone to answer questions. We were amazed when we arrived and it was so close to the beach and in such great condition. Had plenty of room for our family of 4 (5 yr old & 3 yr old). The beach was not overcrowded which is good if you have small ones. The amenities of the house were great. Kids loved the spare bedroom with VHS cassettes. Great for downtime. The garage was great for parking your car inside, a big plus for me. When we go back, we'll be looking to stay here again!!!
The house was spectacular! The views were amazing and the location was perfect. The beach was quiet and right out the door. Nobody was ready to go home, one week was certainly not enough!
My stay in the Kelly Beach Bungalow was very enjoyable because of the location. I have young kids and the house is located on a stretch of beach that is not overly crowded, allowing me to keep a close eye on them. I found the condition of the house to be acceptable. Although it was not as clean as I would hope for, it was comfortable enough. The grill was not properly cleaned and took away from our usage for a couple days, but once I informed the manager he came and made things right for us. I would stay in this location again and would recommend to friends. For the location, the price was right. Really one of the best vacations I have ever had.
A great stay. Disappointed only with the statement that it sleeps 10 comfortably - 2 of those beds are air mattresses, not regular beds. Otherwise a very nice place.

A great time, great house, great location. Visited over Christmas, and aside from a couple blips in getting things paid for, all was awesome! Just wish we had more time.
The door code given in the confirmation email was not good. We had to call to get the right code.
The house is beautifull, very clean and has a excellent location, few steps from the beach.
I think your check in and check out procedures are a little over the top. Charging $100 for an extra hour is silly. The rules were a bit abrasive.
This property was wonderful. We had 8 people who were all very pleased with the located, condition, and effortless comfort that this house provided. The decor was beautiful, interiors were clean, and location was perfect!
We were very pleased overall with our stay. The house was in excellent condition and the location was great. Would recommend!
